Our Approach to Fees

We charge for our time, expertise, and clinical care — not just the outcome.

Every appointment includes:

  • Professional assessment by a qualified clinician
  • Use of specialist equipment
  • Clear advice and recommendations

Our focus is always on delivering the right care, not rushing appointments or cutting corners.

 

Hearing Tests

Hearing tests are charged at £160.

Our hearing assessments are comprehensive and designed to give you a clear understanding of your hearing and next steps.

  • Full clinical assessment
  • Explanation of results
  • Personalised recommendations

There is no obligation to proceed with treatment or hearing aids following your appointment.

 

Ear Wax Removal

Ear wax removal appointments are charged at £90.

This fee applies:

  • Whether wax is present or not
  • Whether one or both ears are treated

This is because you are booking the clinician’s time and expertise, including a full assessment of your ear health.

If no wax is present, we will:

  • Carry out a hearing screen
  • Assess middle ear function where appropriate
  • Help identify the cause of any blocked sensation

 

Hearing Aids

If hearing aids are recommended:

  • We will guide you through suitable options
  • Pricing will be clearly explained before any decision is made
  • There is no pressure to proceed

Our role is to help you make the right decision for you, not the quickest one.

Hearing aid costs are (per aid):

Premium – £2150

Advanced – £1990

Standard – £1830

Essential – £1720

 

Trial & Evaluation Periods

Where we offer a trial period:

  • Full details will be explained at your fitting
  • You will have time to experience the benefit in your daily life
  • We recommend insuring devices during this period

Our aim is to ensure you feel confident in your decision.

 

Appointments

We allocate dedicated time for every appointment to ensure you receive the highest standard of care.

 

Arriving on Time

Please arrive on time so we can make full use of your appointment.

 

Late Arrivals

If you are late, we will always do our best to accommodate you. However:

  • The appointment may need to be shortened
  • Some elements may need to be rescheduled

 

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We understand that things change.

  • We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations
  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee

This helps us offer appointments to other clients who may be waiting.
